The origin
The idea came from client work. Keiter & Co. builds websites for plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, and other trades. Talk to enough owners and the same pattern shows up: the federal government buys these exact services constantly, in every state, and almost none of these businesses ever bid.
The problem is the reading. A janitorial contract gets posted as S208--Janitorial OKC VAMC Base w/4OY 09-01-2026 to 08-31-2027 with a forty-page attachment. That is a real title, copied off SAM.gov unchanged. Owners who would win that work never see it, because seeing it requires checking a government website daily and speaking its language fluently.
