Bidcolumn is an email alert service for government contract opportunities. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account basics: your email address and business name.
• Your business profile: the description of your business you give us, the states you serve, and your matching preferences. You wrote it, you can edit it, and it exists for exactly one purpose: matching you with opportunities.
• Feedback: your "good match" and "not for us" clicks, used to improve your own future matches.
• Billing: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

What we use it for

• Matching government postings to your business and sending your digests.
• Billing your subscription.
• Emailing you about your account when something needs your attention.

What never happens

• We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Your business profile is never used for anything beyond matching you with opportunities and running your account.
• No tracking pixels following you around the internet. Our site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of service providers to run Bidcolumn:

• Supabase hosts our database and sign-in system.
• Stripe handles all payments.
• Resend delivers our email.
• Anthropic provides the AI that reads postings and your business description to produce matches and plain-language summaries.

Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Deleting your data

Unsubscribing stops all digests instantly. To delete your account and data entirely, email us at the address below and we'll confirm within a few days.
